In my blog I just bring who I am and how I feel about things. There are times in everyone's life where we find questions about what we are living this life to do, to be. What is our purpose, or even why am I in this place and time? It can be so confusing and overwhelming to the point of having an anxiety attack. To have so many thoughts entering your mind at one time that you just can't get peace, and the only thing you really want to do is shut down. It is just easier to sit in front of the TV or play video games to escape the onslaught of thoughts and concerns. Sadly this doesn't get rid of them. They just continue to build until you feel like you will explode. I have been here and it takes time to learn how to deal with all of this in a more constructive and positive manner. Part of what helped me what having a life coach to talk through things, because every thing in my head just kept going around and around. It was a merry-go-round with no way off. It is possible to get off that ride, to move beyond and into a place where you get to be the best you possible. What is that worth to you? To be the best  you. If you would like to find out what might be possible, please contact me for a chat, no cost, no obligation. It's time to live the best life possible!

In order to find that dream career the first step is to know what that career would be for you. When you think about something you would love to be paid to do, what would that be?
